• When will you ship my package ?

After we receive the payment, please allow 24 hours (on business days) to process your package before it gets shipped out. If for whatever reason the shipping is delayed, you’ll get a notification by email within 24h.

  • Do you provide tracking number ?

Yes, each package comes with a tracking number, i will send it too you in the shipping confirmation email and you will be able to trace in in “My Account” section of the website.

  • When will I get my package ?

Delivery time varies from country to country, but from my own stastistics, here is what I can tell you :

USA = 10 to 20 days
EU = 10 to 15 days
ASIA  = 5 to 12 days

Sometimes delivery can take up to 30 days, but If after  30 days you still have not received anything, please contact me and give me 7 days to investigate, and then I will give you the reason why the delivery is delayed , send you a new package or issue a refund.

If your country is not listed  above , please contact me before placing your order, I will give you an estimated delivery time.

  • What if the item I received is not as described, damaged or lost ?

Well, we are both humans, and we have ability to talk, so the first thing to do is to contact me directly by email or on Facebook. We will work together to find the best way to solve the issue.

  • Why do I have to wait for the invoice ?

It’s simply because I have to edit it manualy , and sometimes I am far from my beloved computer so I can’t do it instantly, but you will received it within 24 h.. sorry for that…

  • I still not received invoice after 24h , what happened ?

Some email providers detect invoices as spam, so even if it’s a good news because it means you are well protected from spam, it’s not a really good thing for our transaction… So if you find nothing in the spam folder of your email box, just contact me, I will send you a link to the invoice.
